Stephanie founded Johnson Law Offices under the guiding principle that everyone deserves, and should be able to receive, legal support. Her focus has always been on the people and how their lives are being affected by their current situation and is able to see how much better their lives can be if the issue was resolved. Her solution centric approach enables her clients to reach the most favorable outcomes and be protected so new issues don't arise. Stephanie's extensive legal experience, her knowledge of the law and legal process, her attention to detail are what truly set Stephanie apart from other attorneys. You will never meet an attorney with a bigger heart and dedication to her clients than you do with Stephanie.
Stephanie has over 16 years of courtroom experience and is the former Deputy District Attorney for the State of New Mexico. She carries a license to practice Federally as well as in Colorado, New Mexico and Minnesota in addition to several Native American Tribal Courts.
After a personal health scare, Stephanie realized how important it is to have her affairs in order—not just for my own peace of mind, but for my her’s future. That experience opened her eyes to how stressful the unknown can be for families left without a clear plan.
Now, she dedicates her work to helping clients set themselves and their loved ones up for success by ensuring their estate and assets are organized and protected. Her goal is to make the process straightforward and stress-free, walking clients step-by-step through creating wills, trusts, and other essential documents.
By planning ahead, we can avoid unnecessary court proceedings, protect your assets, and ensure your family is cared for—so they can focus on healing and remembering, rather than dealing with the burden of legal uncertainty.
Outside of the office, Stephanie is a dedicated mother to her son. She practices the same principles she commits to her clients at home and is actively involved with her local community and believes that family and the welfare of children should always come first. Jordan Berry
Associate attorney
Jordan joined Johnson Law Offices in 2021. Before moving from Alabama to Colorado, he received his B.A. in Political Science from Auburn University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama. During law school, he received a Certificate in Public Interest Law, he was Lead Editor of The Journal of the Legal Profession, and he advocated for clients across Alabama while working in the Criminal Defense Clinic. Jordan consistently strives to advocate for and empower members of the community who otherwise would not be considered. He is passionate about protecting his clients’ civil rights and ensuring that everyone is treated justly. When he is not at work, he enjoys running or hiking across Colorado’s beautiful landscape.
